Melanie Brown, aka "Scary Spice" from the Spice Girls, has given her 2-year-old daughter Angel a mohawk!!! Why give a baby a mohawk??? That's like giving a senior citizen lines in the side of their head. Weird. She had the baby with Eddie Murphy. Something tells me Eddie's gonna be pissed.

Avril Lavigne has been MIA... appearing on the sides of milk cartons... until now. Here she is the other night getting wasted at a club in France. Taking shots of some odd-looking orange liquor straight from the bottle. Classy. But don't poke fun... or she'll chew you up with those vampire chompers!!!

Yup -- I went through with it. A monster made of flowers breathing fire. I know. I have mental issues. But I LOVE the tatt and the meaning behind it! (And fear the fights it may get me in at the bars.)

If you are looking for a great tattooist. His name is Kayden at Skin Art Gallery on Beltline. His personal website is:

Great guy. Great artist.

Alright -- so I'm seriously just posting this up here so my tattoo guy (Kayden @ Skin Art Gallery on Beltline) can see my chicken scratch sketch of my next tattoo idea... and hopefully put his spin on it and make it great!

So here it is. It's in honor of my new baby Chloe. She sounds like a monster when she cries (seriously not like a baby at all -- kind of cat-with-larengitis-ish) and "Chloe" is Greek for "blooming flowers" so I went with this. I picture it with tons of different color flowers (or at least a few different colors) and cool looking fire coming from it's mouth. I think the fire would look kind of real while the flower monster wouldn't. Maybe -- for a contrast.

Totally just an idea though. I'm very open to tweaks of any kind.

I'll post the finished tatt on Tuesday (hopefully).

Thanks Kayden!

Today Katy Perry tweeted this picture of herself in a jog bra after climbing a mountain with her friend. Am I wrong for thinking jog bras are hot? Probably. But feel free to discuss publicly here with your comments.

I think it's pretty clearly ripped right off. They didn't even alter it. Damn! What do YOU think???

I talked to the Jonas Brothers earlier today. When I did, I asked them about the passing of Michael Jackson and what Michael meant to them. To hear the audio, make sure your speakers are on and go to the link below. It will auto-play when you get there.

Katy Perry likes to eat pizza naked in the bathtub. Weird. Weirder: Hanging out with Katy Perry and having her say "hey you mind taking a picture of me in my tub naked eating pizza?" Fun times. She posted this on her Twitter page for some odd reason. Man I wish I was one of Katy Perry's friends. I'd carry a camera everywhere I went.

Ed McMahon and Farah Fawcett -- So tragic. While I never really had any significant attachment to either besides Star Search and Publisher's Clearinghouse commercials, I know their importance as entertainers. Legends that will never be forgotten.

Michael Jackson -- My God. He was my hero. As a child I had his "doll." I'd call it an "action figure," but it was a male Barbie with glasses, tight pants, a glittery jacket, and a sequin glove. It was a doll. But I made that doll dance dammit!!! Michael Jackson is a BIG reason why I got into radio. As a small kid I heard all the great jocks talking up Michael Jackson songs. I would tape them and mimic them. He made me love music, and things larger than life, and in turn radio. I have had the great fortune of interviewing a lot of the current stars in music. Many of them I asked about Michael's farewell comeback concerts. The opportunity was there to criticize or poke fun... and NONE did. Michael is truly respected in the highest regard even with today's artists. Being on the air today when it was first announced that Michael had a cardiac arrest was surreal. I don't like dealing with serious issues on the air. I don't consider myself good at it. But I felt it necessary to make note that he was taken to the hospital. Ten minutes after I made that announcement on the air, TMZ reported his death. To be in this spot, to have to report in your own words and voice, the death of someone who meant so much to the medium you work in and to pretty much EVERYONE listening was very rough. Not to mention my own sadness over the sudden loss of someone I put on a pedestal as a child. Michael Jackson will always be the King of Pop. There will always be comparisons -- as with Usher and Justin -- but I don't think there will ever be another Michael Jackson. His loss, at the young age of 50, is very very sad. The same people of all ages, races, and religions he brought together with his music will be each others support.
