These are interesting times for online safety and privacy.
Companies are reading your emails. They're watching what you write, surf and search for. Some others are keeping your most intimate details and text messages and giving 'em to Government agencies who are fighting terror and whatnot... even though you're a law-abiding citizen.
Well, FIREFOX has had about enough of that.
The open-source browser backed by MOZILLA has announced that their browser will give you the ability to stop advertisers from snatching your data and whatnot. They'll severely limit what about YOU gets out to the web via cookies and other online data collection nuggets.
Some advertisers are clearly poopypants... but FIREFOX don't care.
Firefox don't give an eff.
